What You Need to Know for the April 1, 2025, Consolidated Election

The April 1 Consolidated Election is for local government positions in our municipalities & villages and on our Township, Library, Park & School Boards. They are “consolidated” and held on one date across the state and county to increase voter participation and to decrease taxpayer costs.

FYI – There will be a Consolidated Primary Election on February 25, 2025 but only for the City of Aurora and the Lisle Township-Democratic Party.

Quick Links: 

Some information such as your Sample Ballot, Polling Places and Early Voting sites won’t be available until closer to the Election. 

You must be at least 18 by April 1, 2025 and be a US citizen to be eligible to register and vote in the April Consolidated Election.

First day for the DuPage Election Division to mail a ballot to voters who requested one

All Early Voting Locations open across DuPage County.

Last day for the Election Division to receive a Vote By Mail ballot application by mail

Last day to early vote

Election Day:  In-person voter registration & voting.  Polls are open 6am – 7pm
