Fairfield League of Women Voters presents: 2022 Legislative Wrap Up. Come hear from and ask questions of state legislators: Representative Laura Devlin, Representative Jennifer Leeper, Representative Cristin McCarthy Vahey, and Senator Tony Hwang. Legislators will review their committees' efforts, bills they supported or did not, and why. A Q&A will follow. Public is encouraged to participate. Moderated by Fairfield LWV Co-President Bryce Perry.

Save the Date! National Votes for Women Trail Women's Suffrage Marker Dedication in Bridgeport. This marker honors Elsie Vervane, President of the Women's Machinist Union, and the factory women from Bridgeport who were arrested and jailed alongside her for the right to vote.
