A lawsuit seeking better school funding for districts with low-income students who perform poorly on state tests is moving forward in Chancery Court. In November, a court ruled against a state request to dismiss the case, giving the case the green light.

This article, appearing in the 12/10/18 edition of the Cape Gazette, reports on the passage of the new Comprehensive Plan adopted by the Sussex County Council. The LWVSC held many forums to inform the public of the issues that were considered in the development of this plan.
