This short video shows you what to expect when you vote in Delaware using the current voting machines.

An Important Note on Paper Ballots

Delaware uses direct-recording electronic (DRE) voting machines, with an automatically printed paper ballot backup for recounts and auditability. Voters are handed a blank paper ballot to insert into the machine to begin the voting process. Delaware voters should always be sure to visually check that the paper ballot as printed inside the machine reflects their intended voting choices before pressing the machine's button to finalize their vote.
