There are only 9 early voting sites in Sussex County - see below for where and when.

Here's what vote411.org has to say: Delaware will offer early voting at designated sites for 10 days before general, primary, and special elections. The final days of Early Voting are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday just before the election date. Early voting sites and dates are now available on the Department of Elections website.

When arriving at an Early Voting Site, a poll worker will ask you for proof of identity. A photo ID is not required.

Permitted forms of identification include the following:

• Valid Photo ID
• Copy of utility bill
• Bank statement
• Government check, paycheck, or other government document that displays your address

• Labor Day Holiday – No Early Voting September 6th and 7th
• September 8, 2026, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• September 9, 2026 – September 13, 2026, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

General Election Early Voting Dates & Times:

• October 22, 2026 – October 24, 2026, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• October 25, 2026 – NO EARLY VOTING
