General Election Day - Nationwide. Delaware polls are open from 7am to 8pm.
Delaware law also allows had allowed 10 days of early, in-person voting for the general and primary elections. The State Election Commissioner will was to designate and publicize the early voting sites for the general election early in October.
On Feb 23, 2024, Delaware Superior Court declared that Delaware's early voting law violates the Delaware Constitution. This decision will be challenged in the state Supreme Court, but Delaware may not provide early voting in the 2024 general election.
