Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states' power generation is a major contributor to CO2 emissions and air pollution.  Offshore wind power has always been a very large clean energy resource in this region. 

What is new is that it has, in the past 3 years, achieved cost-competitiveness with other power sources and the ability to scale up quickly.

This talk will describe the resource, technology, current cost, policy environment, and opportunity for Delaware.
