The LWVUS honored 5 women across the country for their work with the League of Women Voters. Joann Hasse was among those that were chosen for this honor.
In July 2021, long-time League members and volunteer lobbyists Sandy Spence and Joann Hasse were honored by the LWVDE and presented with a letter of recognition by the Delaware House of Representatives.
