Sussex LWV will sponsor a candidate forum between HR District 4 incumbent Jeff Hilovsky (R-incumbent) and Gregg Lindner (D). Michele D. Forzley will moderate.

Primary elections for Delaware's two major political parties: Democrats and Republicans. Primaries select these party's candidates for the November general election. Polls are open from 7am to 8pm. Delaware also provides 10 days of early, in-person voting for primary elections.
