The League of Women Voters of Wheaton participated in the National Night Out on August 6 in Carol Stream, Warrenville, West Chicago and Wheaton.

The activities:

• encouraged children to become future voters by playing our "spin the wheel" civic engagement game (adults can play, too!)
• informed adults about the upcoming election
• provided voter registrations for address changes and name changes or to register to vote for the first time.
