Locations for no-excuse, in-person absentee voting have been announced in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, and St. Charles County. All are shown below. In Missouri this method of voting will begin October 22 and continue through November 4.  The deadline for voter registration for the November election has passed.  To vote early in person, you must bring a photo ID issued by the state or federal government to any location below in the county where you are registered.  If you need a ride to the no-excuse early voting locations (or to the polls on election day) in St. Louis City or County, the A.
