34th Annual Kandler Awards Celebration. On Saturday, November 2, 2019 ACLU of Delaware is holding their 34th Annual Kandler Awards Celebration. The celebration will honor Delaware's own civil liberties superheroes, one of whom is Charlotte King, chair of the Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice, a LWVSC member and former president of the LWVDE.
