We will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. This will be a Zoom meeting and further information will be posted closer to the date of this board meeting.
The Redistricting Reform team is continuing to meet on the 2nd Monday of each month. Our meeting this month will be in the Ashe Room at the Seymour Center.
Reflecting citizens’ deep concern over threats to our democracy, people across the U.S. will rally in observance of the two-year mark since the attack on the U.S. Capitol that aimed to prevent a peaceful transfer of power.
As we reflect on the events of January 6, 2021, LWVODC recommits to efforts to defend democracy. Our Democracy: The Electoral College and Your Vote, is the next in LWVODC’s State of our Democracy lecture series.
LWVODC Redistricting Reform Monthly Team meetings are held the 2nd. Monday of the month. We will meet at the Seymour Center, covid permitting, every month through at least December.
We are planning an in-person meeting for all of our new members and inviting ALL our members to attend. If you wish to wear a mask, please feel free to do so.
