September's Forum speaker is Bucknell Political Science Professor and Department Chair, Scott Meinke. The title of his talk is, “What Works and What Doesn’t? The Political Science of Election Reforms.” His talk and Q&A will last one hour. LWVLA is offering an additional, optional 30 minute discussion following Professor Meinke's presentation.
