What do we know about the choices of campaigns and voters in this year's congressional campaigns, and how can we explain the results?  With the new Congress set to begin, what issues can we expect to take center stage, and what are the prospects for new directions in the House and Senate?  We'll look back at what happened in November and ahead at what to expect in January, and consider what this all means for the state of American politics.
