Our February 13 general meeting will be devoted to what the League of Women Voters calls “program planning.” In alternating years, local Leagues discuss state or national public policy positions and recommend priorities for legislative action in the next biennium. At the same time, our League annually reviews and prioritizes its local advocacy positions. This year our focus will be at the state as well as the local level.
