Guest speakers, thus far, are Eunice Lehmacher and John Fulmer.

Eunice is the local champion on this topic and is working with affordable housing developers for property in Central. She will discuss working with those companies.

John Fulmer, of Clemson City Council, is a major volunteer with the Shaw Center and works with families that want to stay in their homes when their homes need repair. John, a retired banker, is also an advocate for affordable and workforce housing.

These two individuals will provide information on what it takes to develop and keep housing affordable for at least some of our population.
