The SAVE Act has been approved by the U.S. House of Representatives and now awaits a vote in the U.S. Senate. President Trump encouraged the passage of the bill in his February 24 speech before Congress. Senate Majority Leader John Thune has said the Senate will take up the SAVE Act for a vote this coming week.
