The LWV of Stanislaus County, in partnership with the LWV of Greater Los Angeles, the LWV of Nevada County, the LWV of Pasadena Area, and the Personal Insurance Federation of California, is hosting a virtual candidate forum for the office of California Insurance Commissioner. The event will be on Wednesday, April 29, starting at 5:30 PM.

This often-overlooked state office merits our collective time and attention. The loss of fire and homeowners’ insurance policy options is a very real problem impacting our state. The individual elected will play a vital role in addressing these limitations. It is critical that voters learn about the 11 individuals seeking this office and make an educated decision.
