March 9, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. is the deadline for previously unregistered Delaware citizens to register to vote in the April 2, 2024 Delaware Presidential Primary election. Delaware has closed primaries, so only those voters registered as Democrats or Republicans can vote on this day.
