On Friday June 5th at 12:00 pm, join us on the steps of Legislative Hall for a Voting Rights Rally marking the introduction of the state -level Delaware Voting Rights Act. The rally will include DVRC members (like LWVDE and ACLU of Delaware), legislators (Rep. Lambert, Sen. Pinkney), the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Inidivisible Southern Delaware, among others.

The right to vote is the foundation of our democracy — and it must be protected.

This is a historic moment for our state. We are calling on legislators to pass strong, lasting protections that ensure every eligible voter can participate fully and freely in our democracy — without barriers, intimidation, or delay.
