LWVNCC hosted a primary candidate "morning coffee" for Delaware Representative District 12, held via Zoom, at 8am on Sunday August 23, 2026. 

Delaware's 12th Representative District (RD12) is located in northern New Castle County, covering areas near Wilmington including parts of Brandywine Hundred and surrounding suburban communities.

Due to technical difficulties, we apologize that the video recording of this forum started late. It is missing the candidate opening statements and Question 1 regarding the most important constituent concerns while canvassing, but the video is presented from Question #2 onward.
