New Castle County residents, meet the general election candidates for New Castle County Council District 3.

The 3rd NCC council district is in the north-western part of the county, encompassing parts of Hockessin, Pike Creek, Polly Drummond, and the Greater Newark areas. The 16-year incumbent in this district, Janet Kilpatrick, is not seeking re-election. General election candidates for the open seat are Kira Alejandro (D) and Melissa Brayman (R).
