Held in Philadelphia during the United States’ 250th birthday, TED Democracy Philadelphia: Founding Futures represents a global homecoming to the birthplace of modern democracy. Delaware's Route 9 Library will be live-streaming the event in the Black Box Theater, from 10 am - 4:30 pm.

The League of Women Voters of New Castle County (LWVNCC) will have a League information table at this event.
