Biennial Membership Meeting

As part of this biennial membership meeting, we will review our work from the Fiscal Year that began July 1, 2024, adopt a two-year budget, and elect officers and directors, as well as the next Nominating Committee. We will approve a few proposed changes to the bylaws, and plan our program for the Fiscal Year running July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026. (Look for preview materials for many of these business items to be shared in early May.)

We will also practice caring for US – not just the country, our democracy and the League, but also for one another and ourselves – to be inspired, to feel supported, and to have some fun. Inspiration will be provided by keynote speaker LWVSCDE member and President of the Sussex Preservation Coalition Jill Hicks, who will share about grassroots activism. Artistic League members will further inspire us by sharing their gifts. We will eat nourishing snacks. We will get to know each other a bit better. We will share ways we keep ourselves going. We will have goodie bags, a door prize, and $5 raffle tickets in support of our local League. Use THIS LINK to help out and/or join us!
