A special election to fill the seat representing Florida's 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House will end on April 1, 2025. This special election fills the vacancy left by Michael Waltz (R), who now serves as national security advisor.

Running in the election are Randy Fine (R), state senator from the 19th district (2024–present); Josh Weil (D), public school educator; Andrew Parrott (L); Randall Terry, (NPA); and Chuck Sheridan (I). Two of these candidates - Josh Weil (D) and Andrew Parrott (L) - will meet on March 18 in a Forum presented by the League of Women Voters. This event is open to the public.
