The purposes of LWVVC are to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation in government, to act on selected governmental issues, and to provide members the opportunity to be engaged in the League to the extent they desire.

Our goals:

  • Educate, motivate, and empower citizens in preparation for the upcoming elections.
  • Educate ourselves and our community about social injustice and promote positive change.
  • Promote collaboration and build positive relationships with diverse groups and our local officials.
  • Provide education and advocate in the areas of election integrity and issues of public interest.
  • Engage, empower, and involve members and work to build depth of leadership.
