Redistricting: Math and Maps. Part 4 of the Redistricting Summer Series
Connecticut has 5 Congressional Districts, 36 State Senate Districts, and 151 State House Districts. There are multiple online apps available that allow users to examine and experiment with District boundaries, such as Dave’s Redistricting App 2020. March On for Voting Rights
In step with the national mobilization, March On for Voting Rights - CT is a virtual (and in-person) event, for those unable to attend one of the in-person demonstrations. The program will include a keynote address, panel discussion and audience Q&A, featuring state dignitaries. Register and a link to the program is provided below.
If you would like to attend an in-person event instead, the LWV Greater Hartford along with partner ROAR (Rapid, Organized, Action, Response), will be holding a rally in West Hartford, CT on:

What happened in Connecticut with the 19th Amendment Ratification?
The Connecticut Women’s Suffrage Association began in 1869 and journeyed along the path that took over 50 years before Connecticut women gained the right to vote.
