The Wilton League of Women Voters, Wilton Library Association, and GOOD Morning Wilton will be co-sponsoring two candidate debates between: Keith Denning (D) and Kim Healy (R) - 42nd House District; Toni Boucher (R) and Ceci Maher (D) - 26th Senate District. These debates are open to the public.
Election Day is November 8th! Candidates running for the CT State Legislature representing towns and cities from State Senate Districts 26 and State House Districts 136 and 42 will participate in a Candidates Forum on Tuesday, November 2, 2022 at 7 pm at the Westport Library. This event is co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Westport and the Westport Library. This is a hybrid event, that requires registration for attendance.
The midterms come at a time when inflation and the rising cost of living are squeezing American households. Powering these households and feeling the pinch are 50+ women, who typically turn up in large numbers for midterm elections and could be deciding the fate of the House and Senate.
