In his presentation, The Road to Freedom, Mr. Kleina will discuss his experiences while he captured MLK’s Chicago visit and marches on film, and both the ugliness and beauty of the responses to the local struggle for fair and open housing, which continues today. He will review where our country was, and is now, in terms of justice and equality.

The LWV Board of Wheaton invites all Members to A Holiday Party at Cantigny. The event will take place in the Medill Room in the Visitors Center before the performance of the Christmas Carol - A Radio Play at 7 PM.

 We are meeting at St. James Farm Forest Preserve (by the horse statue) to walk the trails for about an hour, starting at 2:30 p.m. Get some fresh air and talk about issues you care about!
