Be part of our communities’ National Night Out events this Tuesday, August 1. League volunteers will be there so please stop by our table and say hi. These community-building events promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.

DuPage County Board Members, Liz Chaplin and Sam Tornatore, co-chairs of the ad hoc committee of the DuPage County Board on Affordable Housing, will present the preliminary findings of the committee as the County looks to the future of Affordable Housing.

We'll be discussing The Lost Manuscript by Cathy Bonidan from 7-9 p.m. Please read the book and join the discussion; it's always lively and interesting. Judy Beaver will be leading the discussion.

We are meeting at Adams Park by Wheaton Library to walk the Prairie Path. Get some fresh air and talk about issues you care about! Meet other members ... in person! You don’t need to RSVP.
