100% nonpartisan voter guide for candidate information and for making a plan to vote.
During each election cycle, the League of Women Voters of Wheaton invites candidates to create a candidate profile on VOTE411 and a video for our Video Voter Guide. The races we cover primarily involve the communities of Carol Stream, Warrenville, West Chicago, Wheaton, and Winfield, but some overlapping races may be covered by other area Leagues. We invite you to look up your full ballot on VOTE411.
We’ve listed the Republican and Democratic candidates together by race below. Please remember voters must pick a party to vote in the Illinois Primary Election on March 19, 2024, so you will be voting for only one party’s candidates on your ballot.
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government. LWV does not endorse or oppose candidates. The candidates were given a 5-minute time limit, and their videos have not been altered or edited other than for time and are presented as submitted by the candidates to LWV of Wheaton.
In addition, our Candidates in the Classroom series offers journalism students from Wheaton-Warrenville High School the opportunity to interview candidates in a few local races. The goals of the program are to provide an authentic journalism experience for students and the opportunity for students to learn more about local government.

Candidates in the Classroom Interviews
These videos are part of the Candidates in the Classroom project. They differ from the Candidate videos because they are not submitted by the candidates and the questions the students asked were different from those for the candidate-submitted videos.
