        • supports availability of medical personnel since no medical schools in Delaware

Minimum Mandatory Sentencing (2017)

        • eliminate minimum mandatory sentence
        • adjust drug sentencing laws to fit the seriousness of the crime
        • some progress made on this subject in various bills in the current session

Manufactured Housing (2015)

        • based on our support for affordable housing and "tenants" rights
        • we support legislation to improve the plight of manufactured homeowners on leased land

Open Space and Agricultural Preservation (2017)

        • support full funding of $9 million fro open space
        • $10 million for farmland preservation
        • budget for the Fiscal Years ending on June 30, 2019 and June 30, 2020
          • includes $10 million for each of these programs

Transit Funding (2017)

        • support increased funding for public transportation.
