Over 30 members of LWVVC are participating in a postcard campaign to encourage returning citizens to register and vote. The postcards explain the new law that allows ex-felons who have completed their sentences and have no outstanding fees or charges related to their sentence to register to vote. Jeanne Tanke is heading up the effort. Participating members are writing an encouraging message and hand-addressing each postcard. Postcards are provided by LWVFL>
