Update - with HB 25 signed into law in July 2022, there is no longer a registration deadline to vote in Delaware elections. Delaware voters may register to vote in the general election at any time up to and including election day. 

**Second update 10/8/2022 - on Friday 10/7/2022, the Delaware State Supreme Court declared that the new law encoded by HB 25 (providing same-day registration for voting) violates our state constitution. The previous deadline of October 15, 2022 for new Delaware voters to register to vote in the November 8 general election once again applies.

Register by mail, by phone, or online before election day.
