The Education Action Team is proud to announce the Hot Topic presentation on Education in February, 2025. 

Mr. Mike Micallef, Executive Director of Student Services for Volusia County will be our guest speaker to discuss Student Mental Health issues and concerns

Additionly, the program may include Captain Todd Smith, from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office to discuss the new house bill regarding safety and security. If time permits, we also are interested in learning about the new attendance initiatives for Volusia County Schools.
