Activities of the day include: Election of officers and directors, Adoption of Budget, Adoption of Program, Consideration of proposed Bylaws changes, Speakers.

The public is cordially invited for the presentation portion of the event, featuring dynamic speakers on the topic "New Generation, New Voices: Shaping the Future of the League."

      • 8:30 a.m. Registration 
      • Continental Breakfast
      • 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 Business Meeting
      • Break for lunch. Socializing and Networking
      • 12:30 p.m. Keynote Speakers - Jada Hunter, Dr. Tabitha Bendel, Vienna Cavazos
      • 1:30 p.m. closing remarks
      • 2 p.m. Adjourn
