Inspired by a cross-country drive by suffragists Alice Nitzer Burke and Nell Richardson in 1916, a modern-day "Driving the Vote for Women’s Equality" tour is launching on March 1, 2026. The project is led by the partners behind the Sign4ERA petition drive, and is supported by the ERA Coalition. More information will be released soon, but the tour is stopping in Wilmington DE on Tuesday, March 3rd, and LWVNCC will have a League information table at the event.
