LWV - Spokane Area Homelessness Solutions & Affordable Housing Committee (AHHS)
Members meet with local housing and homelessness organizations to learn and keep current on housing solutions and homelessness issues in our community.
Studying zoning, local housing ordinances, and the Growth Management Act, informs decisions to support legislation the committee believes will increase affordable housing or decrease homelessness in the Spokane area.
The AHHS committee keeps LWV Spokane Area members informed regarding housing and homelessness issues and possible solutions.
