The current goals for the Environmental Issues committee (Enviro Team) are:
- Track and respond to progress on strategies listed in the City of Spokane’s Sustainability Action Plan
- Coordinating local league response to specific initiatives/ordinances related to Sustainability Action or other environmental issues as they arise (go to Resources below for links and resources related to environmental issues)
- Track progress of key Environmental bills in the legislative session, and follow the implementation and rulemaking process for new environmental legislation.
