Yep, it's that time! Sussex LWV is kicking into high gear to prepare for the upcoming Midterms. That means Candidate Forums, all kinds of Voter Services events, Get Out The Vote activities, and more!   • Candidate Forums Coming Up! We thought 2024 was a busy year for forums, but this year we have forums scheduled for two County Council Districts (4 and 5) and five State Representative Districts (4, 14, 20, 38, 41). Click here for full article https://my.lwv.org/node/73742/ There are all kinds of ways you can help out, whether it's just welcoming attendees at an event, being an official timer for candidate responses, or plugging in our audio/visual equipment! Jamie Saylor, Dir. of housing & Community Development and Bruce Wright, Community Development Porgram Manager, both from the First State Community Action Agency, Inc, will present "Affordable Housing in Sussex County: Challenges, Choices, and Community Solutions."  Click here to register.
