The League of Women Voters of New Castle County (LWVNCC) hosted a primary candidate forum for Delaware Representative District 6 (RD6) at 6:30pm on Tuesday August 11, 2026 via Zoom web conference. Candidates Rachel "Rae" Krantz (D), Ed Mulvihill (D), and Ralf Santana (D). Rae Krantz and Ed Mulvihill participated; Ralf Santana declined.

Delaware House Representative District 6 is located in northern New Castle County, covering suburban communities north of Wilmington such as Bellefonte, stretching from Foulk Road eastward to the Delaware River.

The primary candidates for State Representative in RD 6 are Rachel "Rae" Krantz, Ed Mulvihill, and Ralf Santana. The incumbent Representative, Debra Heffernan, is not seeking re-election. No Republican challenger has filed to run in RD 6.

The forum will be recorded and the video will be posted in its entirety within 48 hours after the event on the LWVDE website (lwvdelaware.org), and will be available as well as on YouTube, Facebook, and partner communication channels.
