With the draft of the redistricting maps available and online, Rhode Island residents should start to study them and think about what their own new districts might be like.
Wednesday Nov. 15: at 6 p.m., at the State House (Room 35) the Redistricting Commission will hold a hearing on how Rhode Island counts prison inmates for redistricting purposes.
