PROPOSITION 15 PUTS SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES FIRST
California Proposition 15 (Tax on Commercial and Industrial Properties for Education and Local Government Funding Initiative) will appear on ballots in November, and it represents an important change to the state’s property tax structure that has prevailed for the past 42 years. Voters are being asked to amend the way that large commercial properties are currently assessed.
Our distinguished panel of speakers are:
