Action Alerts

Let your state Senator know ASAP that you oppose HB 321, which would would eliminate publishing proposed amendments to our state Constitution in newspapers in each county in favor of merely posting them on the General Assembly and Department of Elections webpages. An Action Alert by the LWV of Delaware Advocacy Corps.

UPDATE 5/13/2026 - we have heard back from the legislators that based on public feedback, the bill sponsors have decided not to pursue the bill any further. Public advocacy worked!
