On Friday 10/7/2022, the Delaware Supreme Court ruled that two of our new voting laws passed in 2022 (vote-mail-mail and same-day registration) violate our state constitution. The Delaware Voting Rights Coalition, of which LWVDE is a member, issued this public statement in response to the ruling.
