The Delaware River Basin Commission is expected to make a final decision soon on whether to permit a dock to be built in Gibbstown, NJ, allowing tankers filled with Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) to travel down the Delaware River, which represents potential danger to residents and activities along the river from Claymont to Cape Henlopen.
