It includes a voter-verifiable paper record that is digitally scanned for tabulation on the ExpressVote XL itself.

The League of Women Voters of Delaware (WVDE) presents We're the WE in "We the People." This eagerly awaited series of civics education videos, funded in part by a grant from Delaware Humanities, has been published on the LWVDE YouTube Channel.
The LWVSC solicited commentary regarding the 100th anniversary of the amendment granting women the right to vote. This commentary is the first to appear in the Cape Gazette. The subject is the important role Georgetown's Margaret White Houston played in the suffragist movement. The author is Anne M. Boylan (pictured), a professor emerita of history at the University of Delaware.
