Sheriff Michael Chitwood will discuss the issue of hate crimes in Volusia County. The Sheriff will be joined by Cynthia Fisher, a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, who focuses on LGBTQA+ with emphasis on transgender populations who are extremely vulnerable to hate crimes.
