Before serving as this role, Debra (she/her) worked in State government in the Department of Workforce Development and the Department of Children and Families. She started her career in nonprofit management assisting adults with disabilities to enter the workforce and provide shelter and services to people experiencing homelessness. She is currently a director on the Community Shares of Wisconsin Board. Debra is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Molly (she/her) works to inform and mobilize League members, Wisconsin voters and anyone interested in making democracy work. She is a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate with degrees in political science and journalism. Molly has experience writing for a number of local publications.

Eileen (she/her) manages LWVWI’s nationally recognized election observation program, manages LWVWI’s voter education efforts, and supports local Leagues in their voter service work. She has nearly ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector and earned her master’s degree in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. When not working, she spends her time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in her community.

Delany (she/her) manages poll worker recruitment and works to stop the spread of mis and dis information regarding elections in Wisconsin. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in political science and wishes to encourage everyone to participate in the democratic process. When she is not working, Delany spends most of her time with her 3 year old Australian Shepherd named Finn, and reading true crime books.

Brandi Rodriquez, Membership & Events Manager, BRODRIQUEZ [at] lwvwi.org
Brandi (she/her) has a background in nonprofit finance and administration. She has a degree in Communication and is also a certified Yoga Instructor. Brandi keeps busy by teaching her spunky 5-year-old the importance of civic engagement, beekeeping, creating indoor greenhouse terrariums, and training for long-distance races. Her interest in the League stems from her enthusiasm regarding civil rights advocacy and providing equal opportunity for all.

Anastasia (she/they) supports the operations all over LWVWI.  A lifetime Wisconsin voter, she strives to be an engaged participant in our democracy. They have a degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and certification in data analytics.  When not working, Anastasia loves exploring Wisconsin's natural resources with their 5-year-old, reading as much as they can, and recharging with art.

Kole (she/her) has a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion and has devoted much time and energy into it throughout her undergraduate experience and as a working professional. Her goal has always been to promote cultural awareness and celebrate diversity through programming and training initiatives. She received my BA in History and Philosophy and her MA in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies. Kole has been working in higher education since 2013 in various roles within Multicultural Student Services, Residence Life, and Student Life in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. 
 
Kole was born in Chicago, Illinois, but spent a lot of time traveling to Puerto Rico, where she has family. She's a first generation college student and loves going to museums, learning about different cultures and trying new foods.
